Shipping & Delivery:
Shipping Cost is determined by item purchased, Bars, Bars w/cooler,
Wrappers Only, Tea Favors, or Mints, Coffee & Tins shipping. US
Priority Mail is used for standard shipping. FEDEX GROUND may be used
on occasion without notice. FedEx is used for express shipping or
overnight deliveries. Express shipping is available at additional
cost. Most orders take approximately two (2) weeks, however we do
offer Rush services for an additional $25.00 + costs for Express
shipping.
We do NOT ship outside of the United States.

Credit Cards
Master Card, Visa, and Discover are only accepted via our secure
server, telephone, or US mail.
Tax:
In North Carolina, a 9% sales tax must be charged to the total of each
order.
Return Policy:
At Keepsake Candy, LLC we are committed to making your event a
success. We pride ourselves on the quality of our merchandise.
However, if you should be unhappy with your purchase, we will do
everything we reasonably can to make you happy. You will receive a
sample of most personalized items by email to approve before
processing your order.
If you decide for some reason that you want to cancel an order
you just placed, we can only do so if we have not processed the
order yet. Once your order has been designed it is considered
processed and therefore cannot be refunded. We can make changes to
the design and do everything to make you happy with the items you
ordered.
We cannot accept returns on any products that have been personalized
in any way. Shipping and any "Rush" fees are not refundable.
Damaged or misprinted items will be replaced or
refunded. You must save the damaged merchandise and packaging.
Any items that are returnable are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping costs to return the items are the responsibility of the
customer.
Keepsake Candy, LLC Shipping Charges are non-refundable
and Return Shipping Charges are the responsibility of the
customer.

Keepsake Candy, LLC has created this privacy statement in order
to demonstrate our commitment to privacy. The following discloses
our information gathering and dissemination practices for Keepsake
Candy.
We have an order form that collects information for the
personalization of our products, contact information such as name,
email, and shipping address. We require financial information such
as credit card number and expiration date, for shipping and billing
purposes and to fill customer orders. Keepsake Candy, LLC maintains
a secured area on the Site for transmission of Personal Information.
We consider the information you have shared with us as strictly
confidential and is never shared with other organizations for
commercial purposes.
Our website does not collect cookies. Our site contains links to
other sites. Keepsake Candy, LLC is not responsible for the privacy
practices or the content of such Web sites. Nor is Keepsake Candy,
LLC liable for any disclosure of Personal Information due to errors
